MetLife dental plans are accepted by both Dr. Talbert and Dr. Barnes.

Guardian dental plans are accepted by both Dr. Talbert and Dr. Barnes.

Assurant dental plans are underwritten by Sunlife. If your Assurant plan is administered through Sunlife we will accept it.

We are an in-network provider for Sunlife and can file your benefits accordingly.

Florida Combined Life dental plans are accepted by both Dr. Talbert and Dr. Barnes.

United Concordia dental plans are underwritten by Florida Combined Life. Dr. Talbert and Dr. Barnes are in-network providers for these plans. Please note that United Concordia Military is accepted by Dr. Talbert only.

Blue Federal FEB dental plans are accepted by both Dr. Talbert and Dr. Barnes.

Please be advised that while we may not be in-network providers for your specific insurance plan, this does not necessarily mean your insurance will not provide coverage. it simply means we are considered out-of-network. We strongly recommend that you verify your insurance benefits and coverage with your provider prior to your appointment, as it is the patients responsibility to ensure services are covered and accepted at our office. As courtesy, we are happy to file claims for all insurance plans with the exception of DMO, HMO and savings plans.
